As the Senior Director of Product Operations, you’ll be the heartbeat of aKillion’s delivery engine — ensuring our AI products run seamlessly for agency partners and their clients.
You’ll lead:
End-to-end implementation and daily operations of our AI platform for agency partners.
Internal and client-facing support, including ticket and bug management.
Process optimization to ensure smooth onboarding, performance, and uptime.

Requirements
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer success. This role requires both technical depth and business acumen — someone who understands the inner workings of AWS-based platforms while keeping a sharp focus on the client experience.
What you’ll bring to the team:
5+ years of experience managing AWS-based web applications, including infrastructure, deployment, and scalability.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams in the development and optimization of SaaS products.
Deep understanding of multi-tenant architecture, system reliability, and performance management.
Familiarity with direct communication technologies such as SMS, email delivery systems, and marketing automation tools.
Strong technical communication skills — able to translate complex backend concepts into clear business value.
Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and aligning engineering output with strategic objectives.
A background in agency or B2B software environments, ideally where technology solutions were sold to or through agencies.
Demonstrated ability to balance speed with precision — driving innovation while maintaining platform integrity and uptime.
A collaborative mindset with a disciplined approach to accountability, documentation, and communication across teams.
